We only collect what is needed to reply to you and organise your ski days. Nothing is sold or shared, and this website contains no advertising trackers.
This translation is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.

No field is requested “just in case”. Optional fields are identified as such and may be left blank without preventing your request from being processed.
Once your request has been received, we may add an internal note, such as a reminder of a telephone conversation, an instructor preference or a timing constraint. This forms part of your data and will be disclosed if you exercise your right of access.
Your data remains within the European Union. It is not sold, rented, transferred for advertising purposes or used for marketing without your consent.
Enquiries and messages are retained for three years from the last contact and then deleted. Invoices and accounting records are kept for ten years as required by law under Article L. 123-22 of the French Commercial Code. Technical logs are deleted after twelve months.
Deletion does not depend on our discretion. An automated process runs daily, erases the IP address and browser details from enquiries older than twelve months, and deletes those with no contact for three years.
This website uses no advertising cookies, social-network pixels or third-party tools: no Google Analytics and no tracking share button. Nothing you do here is sent to another company. That is why no consent banner is displayed.

Detailed audience measurements are kept for three months, after which only a visit summary remains, for no more than thirteen months. The second cookie is used for audience measurement. Because it is limited to this site, is not cross-referenced or shared and has a limited lifetime, it falls within the consent exemption under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act as interpreted by the CNIL. If we introduced an advertising tool, that exemption would cease to apply, a banner would become compulsory, and we would explain the change here.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Write to contact@the-one-courchevel.com. We will reply within one month and, in practice, much sooner.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, cnil.fr.
The website is served over HTTPS. The database and uploaded photographs are stored outside the server’s public directory and are therefore inaccessible from the web. Access to the management area is password-protected and login attempts are rate-limited.
