Paid ski instruction is regulated by Article L. 212-1 of the French Sports Code. It may only be provided by holders of a state diploma and a valid professional card, issued after the activity has been declared to the SDJES de la Savoie.

Every instructor working with The One holds their own state diploma and professional card, which can be presented on request at any time.
In accordance with Article L. 321-1 of the French Sports Code, the activity is covered by civil liability insurance protecting the operator, its staff and participants.
